The purpose of the JPX Aero Club (the “Club”) is to provide for the social and recreational flying enjoyment and fellowship of its members through the ownership, operation, and maintenance of aircraft for the members' personal, recreational, and instructional use. The Club is oriented towards and will primarily benefit pilots gathering at (and flying into and out of) the East Hampton, NY airport (JPX) in Suffolk County, NY. Any plane owned by the Club is for the exclusive use of its members solely for their personal use and enjoyment.
